By contacting Enright Heating and Air Conditioning ("we," "us," or "our"), scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not request our services.

We provide residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including full installations, repair and diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance. We do not service heavy industrial equipment. The specific services we offer are described on our Services page.

We serve Folsom, CA and the surrounding communities of Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights. Service availability outside these areas is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. If a scheduling conflict arises, we will contact you to reschedule.

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was initially described. Any quote provided is subject to confirmation after an on-site inspection.

Our installation work includes a 2-Year Labor Warranty. New installations also include 1 year free maintenance (twice a year: once for a/c season and once for heating season). Specific warranty terms, including any exclusions, will be confirmed in writing at the time of service. Warranty coverage for equipment is governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Wells Fargo Financing is available on full installations, subject to the financing provider's credit approval and terms. Financing terms are set by Wells Fargo and are independent of Enright Heating and Air Conditioning. Please ask us for current financing options during your inspection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enright Heating and Air Conditioning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Enright Heating and Air Conditioning is a licensed California HVAC contractor (C-20 License #1047728). License information is available upon request.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
